Job Description:
The Shell Energy M&T ABM will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan through strong collaboration with cross-functional partners. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. As the ABM, you will be responsible for identifying key insights that help inform business strategies and accelerate growth across customer segments. The role requires strong leadership skills to effectively deliver the marketing plan and foster collaborative problem solving across business units and functions. In addition, candidates should be self-driven, seek to learn, be detailed-oriented, and operate with integrity. In this role, you will report to the Shell Energy M&T Marketing Manager.

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a business-related field, MBA a plus.
Minimum (3) three years of marketing experience (product management, branding, marketing communications).
Experience in natural gas & power industry preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce or Spotfire preferable.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Experience and success in bringing products and innovations to the market through effective commercialization.
Ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing strategy and plans.
Proven understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Proven commercial results through marketing.
Proven ability to design, develop and implements both strategic programs as well as tactical initiatives.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communications Skills.
